Recognizing the need to update urban mobility systems, Colonial Inmobiliaria embarked on a mission to repurpose the underutilized basement space of one of its buildings in Barcelona.

The intervention aimed to maximize the available space for parking bicycles and electric scooters while also incorporating facilities to support their usage. This included the addition of shower and changing room areas to encourage the adoption of light vehicles among all users.
